Regional winners embark on a study trip to Norway, sponsored by the Norwegian Seafood Council where they will learn about the supply of fish from Norway to the UK.
November / December 2017
Judges represent the national Federation of Fish Friers, the National Edible Oils Distributors Association, AHDB Potatoes, the foodservice/catching/distribution sectors and past National Winners. The panel is chaired by Seafish.
Judges assess a variety of background evidence and receive presentations from all 10 regional finalists.
The panel determine first, second and third placed shops by ballot.
The awards ceremony for the 2017 National Fish & Chip Awards is held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, London.
